ICAN and IPM
EMEKA OKEKE:A doctor of
philosophy in economics, he has well over 18years work
experience in the aviation industries.

RAHMAN: He has a PhD in public administration. An
enviable orator, he has held several managerial post at the
nations leading aviation industry.
